When I started feeling really bad, I started eating anything in sight, hoping it would make me feel better. The only thing it accomplished was raising my blood pressure through the roof. My cardiologist put extra meds in my regimen. Not being happy about that, I was determined that I wouldn’t be on them long. Within 2 weeks, using my protein fruit and vegetable diet, my blood pressure was back to normal, even sometimes on the low side. Thank you for these podcasts
